Failure is a part of life. Failure as much as it hurts is extremely important to create real happiness.
I have failed. We’ve all likely failed more times than we want to admit. But admitting to failure releases the lessons trapped inside of failure. I can’t deny it’s a brutal way to learn but as with anything, there are benefits that come along with failing.
I could probably write five books to cover all of my failures. Instead, I’ve examined my most recent failures and what they’ve taught me. In today’s episode, I talk about what I learned from failing to: get out of debt, execute my Happy Conference and keeping my personal commitments.
- 02:32 – Lesson One: It’s the journey, not the destination
- 06:11 – Lesson Two: There are some things that you can not do and you, therefore, shouldn’t do it
- 09:35 – Lesson Three: I know who I am and who I am not
This episode is perfect for you actively failing and getting back up from failure.
