Stacey Flowers is a International Speaker, Creative Consultant, and Optimist who travels the world inspiring humans to let themselves be happy.

Before internationally speaking, she honed her talents by designing and delivering training programs for Fortune 500 companies. Her business acumen and savviness are supported by her Master’s in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and her Bachelor’s in Paralegal Studies from College of Saint Mary.

Her TEDxTalk “The 5 People You Need to Be Happy”, has amassed over a million views and been translated in to 13 languages. 

She is distinguished by her uncommon talent for addressing issues of humanity with a deep sense of compassion and practicality that encourages transformation. In addition to her speaking circuit Stacey is the Founder & President of The Flowers Foundation a non-profit organization dedicated to making mental health and financial literacy accessible to all.

Stacey shares her unshakable optimism with all who will listen via her social platforms, podcast, and personal blog. She is appreciated by her online community most for her fresh, un-echoed perspective on happiness. 

Chicago her favorite city in the world, is home. Time with family, delectable food, tempting wines, brilliant books, and Beyonce concerts are how she loves to relax and recharge. 

Off stage, her greatest teacher and deepest source of pride is her son, Rakim (pronounced Rah-Kim).
